The James Beard award finalist Niven Patel's new Italian eaterie focuses on housemade pastas and flatbreads and occupies a temporary space next to his notable Ghee Indian Kitchen. The farm-to-table restaurateur's new project (Italian for "herb") focuses on homemade pastas and dishes made with locally sourced ingredients - and produce from his own homestead farm - overseen by chef Tim Piazza (previously at Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink). The short menu features a unique take on classic Italian dishes.
Open Tuesday through Saturday for dinner only, from October 1.
