The bayfront restaurant features an izakaya pop-up residency, led by Executive Chef Daniel Herget, inspired by the coastal food culture of Japan.
The Japanese-inspired menu is guided by locally-sourced seafood and seasonal produce, which includes an extensive raw bar selection, chilled dishes, fried options and teamed and grilled offerings. Chef Herget was previous form - having helmed the kitchen at critically-acclaimed Otaku Ramen in Nashville. Expect casual Izakaya dishes with the Standard’s signature twist alongside waterside views.
