Culinary Month at Atlantis, The Palm

A celebration of all things gastronomic with the fourth edition of Culinary Month at Atlantis, The Palm.

Expect an exciting line-up of dinners, masterclasses and tasting menus as world-renowned chefs Giorgio Locatelli and Nobu Matsuhisa (pictured) host several bespoke culinary events. Savour Sicilian inspired vegan dishes from Locatelli’s Sicilian farm at Ronda Locatelli to Nobu’s eight-course White Truffle Omakase menu for one-night only. 

The signature restaurants are also hosting a series of culinary and gourmet collaborations - throughout the month - with highly regarded chefs, including: Michelin two-star chef Mickael Vilianen of Chapter One, Ireland, Alain Ducasse's protégé Chef Laetitia Rouabah and celebrated Chef Greg Malouf. You are also invited to join a programme of exciting cooking masterclasses and take advantage of a collection of special set menus at Nobu, Hakkasan and Seafire Steakhouse & Bar.
