Regarded as "the Ferran Adrià of Chengdu, Yu Bo is one of China’s most celebrated Sichuan chefs - and known to transform traditional dishes into contemporary works of art. The $500 affairs (or $430 without wine pairings) are a collaboration with chef Laurent Quenioux.
Expect plenty of luxurious ingredients such as white Alba truffles. Dishes, across the 19 courses include: abalone infused Arborio rice with truffles and uni and Yellow North sea cod with pickled mustard greens and rice noodles. The dinners are being held on selected dates this November. Tickets.
