Peak at Hudson Yards

The aptly named Peak sits at the summit of the tallest skyscraper within the development, occupying the entire 101st floor of 30 Hudson Yards.

At the pinnacle of 30 Hudson Yards, the tallest tower in the complex, is this sleek restaurant with stunning views from the 101st floor. Managed by London-based Rhubarb hospitality group - who also operate Wild Ink just a stone’s throw away at the Shops at Hudson Yards - with Executive Chef Christopher Cryer (Seamore’s seafood restaurants) in charge of the kitchen, serving up sophisticated yet accessible American fare - inspired by the seasons and ingredients sourced from local growers, purveyors and fishermen. The food is modern American, with offerings like squid ink chitarra, roasted fluke and Atlantic scallops.

A striking champagne bar, Edge - located on the 100th floor - offers a glass of champagne and signature cocktail and light bites to enjoy indoors or outdoors on the sky deck. The interiors of Edge and Peak have been designed by Rockwell Group - discover a richly elegant look making most of the sensational views.
