For the festive season, the hotel's Cognac Room is being transformed into an exclusive champagne bar.
The hidden lobby-level champagne bar and intimate lounge, is in homage to the St. Regis founder John “Jack” Jacob Astor IV featuring high-end bubbly such as Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame, Dom Perignon, Krug served alongside canapés. The reimagined room is decked out glistening hues of silver and gold and boast a stunning tree inspired by champagne bubbles. Tables feature a “press for champagne” button. There is also a series of champagne tastings available as reserved experiences, starting from $650. Open from 4pm to 10pm Tuesday to Saturday, from November 29.
