Anton's is chef Nick Anderer’s first solo project having worked previously at Union Square Hospitality Group’s Italian restaurants Marta and Maialino. Replacing Frankies 570 Spuntino, dine on European-influenced cooking of old New York alongside tweaked classic recipes in this old-school-style (largely untouched) restaurant. Dishes include: spaghetti anchoiade, angel hair francese, Atlantic salmon with white bean fricassee and fennel, and roasted heritage chicken.
