An invitation-only at home dining experience by the Michelin-starred chef.
Widely considered one of America's greatest chefs behind Michelin-starred Saison and the Angler restaurants in Los Angeles and San Francisco, is launching an $800-per-person dinner series for just eights guests per night. The all-inclusive dinners (from December 12) take place at his home in the Hollywood Hills.
Expect a "diverse menu" comprised of "the highest quality products in existence" with Skenes bringing self-foraged herbs, personally-hunted wild game and Skenes-caught seafood to the table. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to charities dedicated to ending childhood hunger and supporting victims of the California wildfires. Register your interest.
