The honey-theme touches every part of the restaurant, from the decor to the rustic menu of Italian specialties and Italian miele, or honey - that you can enjoy all’aperto. Sweet escape, seasonal plates
Zucca E Stracciatella, roasted honeynut squash with housemade stracciatella cheese, hazelnuts and drizzled with honey; Stinco di Maiale al Miele, featuring Mieli Thun Forest Honey glazed pork shank, and served with stewed Greenmarket root vegetables and thyme-poached apples and honey-infused housemade dolci.
The Bee’s Teas, a build-your-own beverage program in which you can craft your own cocktail by selecting a tea, a honey and a spirit.
Eataly is donating 10% of the net proceeds from the sale of each honey-themed dish to the Bee Conservancy’s Sponsor-a-Hive program, which works with community organizations to install hives and native bee homes throughout parts of the U.S. and Canada.
