Manresa at Intersect by Lexus

David Kinch's well-known New American eatery, a three-Michelin-starred restaurant, is taking up residency as the next 'restaurant-in-residence'.

Located in the village of Los Gatos - at the foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains - south of San Francisco, Manresa showcases the inventive cuisine of renowned Chef Patron David Kinch. Expect ingredient-driven cooking, signature Central Coast cuisine and extravagant farm-to-table tasting menus. 

Diners can choose from both tasting and à la carte menus - available starting April 30th for both indoor or outdoor dining - featuring dishes such as sea bream sashimi with sesame, radish and citrus and Japanese beef with salt-baked onions, ramps and morels.
