Every weeknight at 6pm and 8pm, diners get to try four different wines that were hand-picked by the night’s host who “sells, makes, writes, or educates” about wine for a living. In the kitchen, chef Zach Fabian and his team create a coursed, family-style menu built around that night’s wine. Either opt for the $40 wine tasting, or, for dinner an additional $40. Expect an engaging dinner-party-like experience and learn about each wine with each course - in a cozy, terracotta-hued space with communal seating. After dinner head downstairs to the Special Club, a live music lounge.
