Set within the restaurant’s lush and tropical environment, Sling has been inspired by the many flavors of Singapore, highlighting the bold and diverse food cultures of Southeast Asia that converge in the city’s many festive night markets and hawker stalls.
The cocktail program highlights classic Asian - and ingredient-forward cocktails with a Miami Beach inspired twists alongside Asian-inspired eats. Inspired by traditional Singaporean street food flavors the small plates menu includes dishes such as chicken satay with peanut sauce, and steamed snapper dumplings.

The ‘SB Sling’ made with Bombay East Gin, Benedictine PF Orange Curaçao, pineapple, lime and cherry cordial and the ‘Curry Colada’ with Havana Club Rum, Velvet Falernum, curry syrup, coconut creme, lime, passion fruit and the ‘Banana Daiquiri’ featuring Havana Club Rum, Craigellachie 13 Scotch, banana, lime and coconut.
