The Petersham’s gut-friendly menu has been devised in collaboration with author, acclaimed nutritionist and lifestyle coach Hannah Richards - and sets out to help you on your journey towards wellness and a healthy gut. 

The three-course menu (£38) has been specifically tailored towards eating for immunity, to help your body through these cold spells, and includes dishes such as wild mushroom broth with Jerusalem artichokes and purple potato and chickpea tagine.
