Cookbook Brunch with Reem Kassis

Join Palestinian writer Reem Kassis for a brunch celebration of her James Beard award-nominated debut cookbook, The Palestinian Table.

Cook and writer Reem Kassis, was born in Jerusalem to a Palestinian family renowned for its culinary skill, and shares the lesser known dishes of the region in her book The Palestinian Table. Expect authentic modern Middle Eastern home cooking with dishes inspired by three generations of family tradition. Dishes, served at the brunch at Michael's Genuine Food & Drink, include: Palestinian frittata with labeneh, fried Baba Ghanouj and shredded filo and cheese pies. Tickets are priced at $75 per person.
