The St. John Dinner Series at The Hoxton, Williamsburg

One of London's most influential and revered dining institutions is heading to the The Hoxton, Williamsburg to host a one-night-only, five-course dinner.

In celebration of their long-anticipated cookbook, The Book of St. John, the team behind the acclaimed restaurant will serve up a five-course dinner (on Febuary 29) showcasing the stand-out dishes of chef Fergus Henderson’s pioneering British cuisine, such as: roast bone marrow and parsley salad (pictured), pigeon and trotter pie and their much loved madeleines. Dinner is priced at $78.

Your hosts Fergus Henderson and Trevor Gulliver opened St. John in 1994 in a former smokehouse, situated around the corner from London's Smithfield Market. Beloved by Anthony Bourdain - St John is a unique celebration of modern British fare and a champion of 'nose to tail' eating pioneered the resurgent interest in offal dishes. This year, they are opening a highly anticipated outpost in Los Angeles's Culver City.
