Quality Bistro

A bustling, steak-centric brasserie in Midtown, offering up a contemporary take on bistro classics in a whimsical space.

Restaurateur Michael Stillman is behind this new bistro in the Midtown neighborhood. Helmed by Quality Meats NYC's Executive Chef Antonio Mora (formerly of Keith McNally's Daniel and Frankie's), the 200 seat restaurant serves brasserie-style French steakhouse fare with a modern twist (think French onion soup, escargots, steak frites and Dover sole meunière) paired with an inventive French-inspired drinks program.

Designed by AvroKO - also behind Gotham West Market and Beauty and Essex), the space (previously home to Sirio Maccioni’s Osteria del Circo) houses a plant-filled conservatory-style dining room with zinc-topped tables and plush seating and Belle Époque era accents,  and another, brighter dining room up a few steps; and an airy private dining room beyond.
