The Italian-Argentinian chef of the world's best restaurant, in the French Riviera, is making his New York debut with a residency at Spring Place.
The members-only club and contemporary co-working space is hosting an exclusive three-night pop-up, with three Michelin-starred Mirazur by Chef Mauro Colagreco - voted number #1 restaurant in the world in 2019 ‘World’s 50 Best’. The Côte d'Azur restaurant is highly regarded for classic, luxury dining in a stunning setting overlooking the glittering Mediterranean. Expect modern, delicately flavoured dishes made with local seasonal ingredients.
Diners will experience a nine-course tasting menu - of signature dishes from his Provençal restaurant - accompanied by an optional sommelier-selected wine pairing featuring picks from the restaurant’s prized wine list. Tickets are priced at $650 per person.
