April Bloomfield is being joined in the kitchens, by James Beard award-winning chef Naomi Pomeroy of Beast, her acclaimed produce-driven fine dining restaurant in Portland.
The Breslin kicks-off a special dinner series with (self-taught chef) Naomi Pomeroy of Portland’s famed restaurant, Beast - regarded as one of Portland's most acclaimed restaurants. Bloomfield and Pomeroy will cook up a six-course meal on February 28 with tickets priced at $105. A portion of the proceeds will go towards charities supporting relief efforts in response to the Australian wildfires.
