Ramen legend Foo Kanegae is debuting a cozy, wildly inventive "ramen diner" - with just 18 seats - in Brooklyn's Carroll Gardens neighborhood. This is the Ippudo ramen master's first solo venture, featuring ramen creations inspired by American comfor food alongside shareable non-noodle dishes like crispy wings and soy-braised spare ribs.
