Dinner at Home by Heston Blumenthal

For the first time in the history of Dinner, you can now experience 'Dinner at Home'. The Dinner concept was born out of Heston Blumenthal's fascination with history and gastronomy and where technical skill and imagination combine in a two-star restaurant that offers an exploration and reinterpretation of British historical dishes. The restaurant (which re-opens from 1 September) is offering (from 24 July) a selection of its culinary classics for delivery. Three different four course menus are available to order, all inspired by British historic gastronomy – including the vegetarian Royal Cooking Menu, which features a truffle version of Heston’s iconic meat fruit dish.
