Orasay

The latest restaurant from Jackson Boxer and inspired by the western isles of Scotland. Using the classic techniques of European cuisine to prepare artfully simple, approachable dishes with an emphasis on seasonality, the adapted menu reflects Jackson's ethos of “it is the kind of food I want to eat.” Dine on an ever evolving, enticing choice of homely, comforting dishes - which need to be a finished-at-home - from potato bread and shrimp butter to 24-hour roast short rib of beef with celeriac purée and strawberry and ricotta cheesecake. Street food favourites Burger & Beyond are delivering everything you need to recreate four of their signature Bacon Butter Burgers, priced at £25 - using all the same ingredients and suppliers as they use at their Shoreditch restaurant. The DIY Kits come with top-quality ingredients, plus a simple step-by-step guide revealing the secrets to their signature recipes. Each box contains brioche buns, signature dry-aged minced beef, slices of pancetta bacon, slices of American cheese and must-have toppings - burnt butter mayo and pickled onion. Hame by Adam Handling 

Also worth discovering Adam Handling's new Hame (the Scottish word for home) offering delivering some of his most loved dishes from his restaurants (The Frog Hoxton and Adam Handling Chelsea), and a few developed whilst cooking at home during lockdown. You can expect to see cheese doughnuts; Nanny Sophie’s fried chicken; whole lobster, carrot, lemongrass, and - for family sharing - opt for a whole Beef Wellington with clotted cream mash, spring greens, and roast carrots. Rather than providing hot dishes, the food arrives chilled and fully prepared, ready for cooking and plating at home, complete with recipes and full step-by-step video instructions.

The Grill at The Dorchester

Part of The Dorchester At Home series - a delivery and collection service offering some of the luxury British hotel’s most popular culinary offerings in the comfort of your own home. 'Make It Yourself' hampers from The Grill at The Dorchester, which includes ingredients (and recipe cards) to create classic dishes such as head chef Tom Booton’s popular Lobster Thermidor tart and pineapple tarte tatin. Available for delivery Wednesday to Sunday, dishes are part prepared with instructions on how to perfectly finish them off. In addition a selection of wines, which have been individually matched with each dish from The Grill at The Dorchester are available to order.

An offshoot of London’s favourite Taiwanese restaurant Bao. The rice-centric home delivery and click and collect service brings its comforting Taiwanese inspired rice boxes, DIY Bao meals, Taiwanese fried chicken and legendary Horlicks ice-cream to your home. The BAO Meals come complete with all the elements needed to build your own classic BAOs at home - from the classic bao with 12-hour braised pork, fermented greens and peanut dust and a vegetarian option, alongside a collection of ‘Side Errors’ including the Taiwanese fried chicken bucket with hot sauce.
