The modern British restaurant comes from Beatrice Inn alums Patricia Howard and Ed Szymanski. Head Chef Ed Szymanski was also behind the critically-acclaimed Greenpoint restaurant Cherry Point in Brooklyn.
It's billed as a combination 'English Lawn Bar and Fish & Chips Restaurant' and showcases Szymanski's flair for contemporary seafood-focused, English cooking while keeping the menu simple with classic dishes such as fish and chips. Interiors are from James Beard award-winning designer Anna Polonsky, and feature an open kitchen in the dining room and also sidewalk seating.
