Remedy Kits by Santo Remedio

Founders Edson and Natalie Diaz-Fuentes have developed three, family style at-home meal kits designed to bring the flavours of Mexico to your home. The London Bridge restaurant is renowned for its vibrant take on Mexican street food and regional specials is now offering up kits (designed for two people, priced at £45) enabling you to re-create their Mexican feasts at home. There’s a choice of slow-cooked meats - bone in short rib, barbacoa lamb shank and duck carnitas - accompanied by a selection of sides, salsas and corn tortillas. They also offer the restaurant's popular bottled margaritas alongside a selection of Mexican wines and deli products. Delivery is available on Wednesdays and Fridays.

The two Michelin-starred London restaurant, Kitchen Table, is offering its first ever ‘at home’ experience - with a £75pp 7-course menu and a 11-course menu priced at £125pp. James Knappett menu boxes - to be finished at home - bring a celebration of fine dining cooking to your own kitchen table with monthly-changing menus. Dishes include: hand dived Orkney Island scallops with toasted hazelnut and herb butter, English purple sprouting broccoli with 36-month aged parmesan sauce and baked cheesecake with extra virgin olive oil & summer berry compote. Kitchen Table-inspired add-ons are also available with matched wines and grower Champagnes. 

Chef Victor Garvey is making the cuisine from his critically lauded, modern Californian Soho restaurant Sola available at home. As in the restaurant, there’s a choice of a five-course Prix Fixe (£69 per person) or ten-course Tasting Menu (£109 per person) – served in fully-recyclable contemporary bento boxes with no additional heating or finishing required. Some of the dishes which feature on both menus are: torched mackerel with kohlrabi; warm tatin of Hubert’s tomatoes; and squab pigeon with white peach, Togarashi jus and roasted sand carrot. Available from Tuesday to Saturday. 

Katsu Sando DIY Meal Kits by Tóu by Tā Tā Eatery

Founders Meng and Ana (formerly of Viajante, Corner Room & Chiltern Firehouse) are now offering up their cult-favourite, the Katsu Sandwich, as a meal kit from available for collection from 72 Old Compton Street in Soho. The sandwich kit (priced at £10.50) includes slices of brioche, a panko-crusted Iberico pork cutlet, XO shallot sauce, shredded cabbage, sliced onion, and raspberry sauce - with the brioche requiring toasting and the pork deep-fried. Limited to just 50 per week and available only via their Instagram page.

Fitzrovia’s Sicilian-inspired restaurant is available at home for the very first time, with three new ways of ‘dining with Norma’: Norma at Home: a proper restaurant experience brought to your home: from catered and waited barbecues to canapé parties and sharing feasting menus of Sicilain dishes; Feast with Norma: a new menu of family-style sharing platters available for collection, to be heated and enjoyed at home and Norma, delivered - with classic dishes & Norma pasta kits are available via Deliveroo and Supper.
