Passo To Go with Nancy Silverton

Following a hugely successful residency with the Michelin-starred chef back when they opened in 2019, Old Street Italian restaurant Passo have collaborated once again with the celebrated LA restauranteur and Chef’s Table star Nancy Silverton, this time for their popular nationwide DIY pizza kit delivery service Passo To Go to create a one-off pizza special. Nancy, from Netflix’s Chef’s Table, is the acclaimed owner of Osteria Mozza and Pizzeria Mozza in Los Angeles, Newport Beach and Singapore, as well as Mozza2Go and Chi SPACCE in Los Angeles. Silverton also founded the world-renowned La Brea Bakery as well as Campanile Restaurant in 1989 and is an undisputed pioneer in the modern bread movement that is apparent in bakeries across the globe today. Silverton is bringing her expertise in all things pizza to London through Passo’s nationwide DIT pizza kit delivery service by creating a special Sourdough Pizza with panna, mozzarella, fennel sausage, spring onion & red onion.

Kolamba At Home

This family-run Sri Lankan restaurant has launched 'Kolamba At Home’ - delivering feasting boxes and the chance to enjoy their bold and vibrant flavours in the comfort of your home. Two feasting boxes are on offer with a menu to showcase authentic food inspired by memories of the owners’ childhood in Colombo, with many recipes handed down from aunts and grandmothers back in Sri Lanka. The Ceylon chicken curry feast and a vegan version with Young Jackfruit curry - serving 2 or 4 diners. Along with their popular curries the boxes feature a dhal and beetroot curry, green bean and coconut curry, fiery Pol Sambol alongside condiments such as Seeni Sambol and date & lime chutney and Basmati rice to cook at home. Delivery is available nationwide. Hame by Adam Handling

In a departure from the previous Hame menu, the new offerings includes signature dishes such as the legendary ‘Lobster Wagyu’ from Frog by Adam Handling. Alongside an updated à la carte offering, the four new menus are: Sunday Lunch Menu - £130 for 2 people, Dine in Style - £200 for 2 people, Dine in Style (vegetarian) - £110 for 2 people and Who are you trying to impress? - £305 for 2 people. All packages come with Adam’s signature ‘Chicken Butter’ (or ‘Onion Butter’ in the vegetarian package), and starters spanning the breadth of guests’ favourite dishes, such as ‘Cheese Doughnuts’, ‘Mother’, and ‘Wagyu and Caviar tartare’. Main courses feature the likes of ‘Whole truffle-stuffed roast chicken, mash, Caesar salad’, ‘Mushroom agnolotti, parsley, garlic’, and Adam’s personal favourite, ‘Lobster Wagyu’. All orders come fully prepared by Adam and his team, ready for cooking and plating at home, with recipes and full step-by-step video instructions filmed by Adam. Deliveries are currently available on Fridays and available on Wednesdays from 11th November onwards. All orders must be placed by midnight Monday the week of delivery and orders can also be collected from the restaurant on Fridays and Saturdays. 

Take Cuvée

Under the helm of head chef Will Blank (previously Lyle’s), menus change daily and available to order for same-day delivery in London. The ‘Kick-off’ menu includes dishes such as: celeriac and Bramley apple soup; roast chicken and tarragon pot pie and pumpkin, lentil and Devon blue pot pie. Alongside, owner Brodie Meah has selected rotating natural wine pairings to complement each menu and a Spotify playlist to accompany all orders. Resuming their role as the nation’s natty wine supply, wine, bottled cocktails and lockdown store cupboard staples are also available through Shop Cuvée. Priced at £35 for dinner for two, drinks not included.

Spice up your lockdown with the ‘Feast at Home’ kits from Vivek Singh’s acclaimed Indian restaurant, The Cinnamon Club. These ready-to-cook - festive feasting kits, available nationwide come jam packed with everything you need to make the restaurant’s signature celebratory dishes at home, along with recipe cards and spice kits. With three carefully considered menus to choose from, there’s something for everyone to recreate The Cinnamon experience at home. We recommend the Shaan – E – Raan, serving four to five at £200. The kit includes a whole Mughal style Kentish lamb leg, slowly braised until meltingly tender with nutmeg and peppercorn sauce, jewelled biryani rice and 24 hour simmered black lentils. Sides and accompaniments include Sheermal - Lucknow saffron flavoured flatbread, Burhani raita with chilli and garlic and coriander chutney.
