Hot 4 U was launched by celebrated chef duo Matt Scott and Eddy Tejada. The pair, previously of award-winning restaurants Cub and St John respectively, served their contemporary tasting menus to diners’ homes throughout lockdown - with a weekly-changing menu of their distinctive, irreverent style of inspired dishes.
Oysters with green glitter sabayon; chicken offal skewer with smoked mayo; grilled salsify with romesco, and aged cheese and halibut head with preserved lemon, and pepperdulse tapenade and their bone marrow whisky luge.
