Inspired by the Norwegian tradition of middag, the main meal of the day, which is generally eaten during late afternoon. Lunner also happens to be a town in Norway - in the traditional region of Hadeland - and the origin of the salmon for the menu.
Dine from a limited choice menu on dishes such as taramasalata with sea urchin coral, Norwegian smoked salmon served with blinis and Vladivostok potato salad with salmon roe. The menu is priced at $75 and available Monday to Saturday, from 12pm to 9pm and includes a glass of Champagne.
