Davies and Brook 'at Home'

Daniel Humm’s Davies and Brook has bought back Claridge’s Fried Chicken, aka C.F.C. for Lockdown 2.0 - priced at £45 per person. Served with a selection of sides such as broad bean hummus with pickled beets, potato salad, house pickles and Parker House rolls and with a pear and white chocolate with custard and crumble for pudding. For something more refined you can order their legendary Whole Roast Chicken comfort dish ‘To Go’ - priced at £145 and serves up to four - stuffed with brioche, black truffle and foie gras, this cherished family recipe from Humm’s mother is to be cooked at home to share. Sides of potato gratin with parmesan and gruyere, butternut squash baked with seaweed and brown butter and a bitter green salad complete this feel good feast which is topped off with their favourite autumnal apple tart. Available Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays either by delivery or for pick-up from Claridge’s.

The Barbary Next Door

Enjoy seasonal heart-warming dishes from the comfort of your own home - with a delicatessen-style menu inspired by Barbarian coastal cuisine from the award-winning team behind The Barbary and The Palomar. From bakery items and light bites to prepared salads, oven-ready slow cooked dishes and a drinks menu to pair. The menu includes an array of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. From The Barbary’s signature breads, selection of dips to fresh salads and oven-ready dishes including a Moroccan chicken tangine and whole aubergine topped with chimichurri and feta. Available Wednesdays to Sunday, from 12pm - 9pm. 

Ottolenghi

The Ottolenghi family of restaurants have launched a variety of dining-in options ranging from Shakshuka and Ottolenghi Ready Kits, to classic dinner boxes from Nopi and Rovi - to enjoy at home. Dishes include: twice cooked chicken with chilli sauce and lemon myrtle salt and celeriac shawarma served with homemade pittas and a kale and chilli salad. The Ottolenghi Ready Kit includes two Ottolenghi ready meals that can be individually chosen from such as pulled lamb tagine and braised spinach, paneer, herbs and lime, pre-cooked Basmati rice with lemon and cardamom and two daily changing salads. Bottled cocktails can also be ordered, such as the Nopi Negroni or Rovi 75, as well as a selection of low intervention wines from the restaurants. 

Nutshell at Home

Taking inspiration from what would have been their seasonal winter offering, their Nutshell at Home - from the critically acclaimed Covent Garden restaurant - menus celebrates the wealth of flavours and diversity of regional dishes of Iran, designed to be enjoyed at home. The veritable feasts feature a choice of main dish, alongside sharing starters (including their signature Bazaar Bread with Zeytoun Parvardeh), sides (including a crispy rice cake infused with saffron) and a classic Iranian dessert of Ranginak, a toasted flour tart with dates, pistachio and spiced clotted cream. There's also a selection of wines and mixed cocktails to accompany the feasts. Priced at £55. Deliveries are dispatched every Wednesday for a Thursday delivery and every Friday for a Saturday nationwide or available for a pickup from the restaurant every Wednesday and Friday.  

Menu Boxes by Lyle's

Lyle’s, the Michelin-starred London restaurant are delivering Provisions Boxes and Meal Kits filled with seasonal treats to doorsteps up and down the country - filled with some of their favourite dishes and provisions to be enjoyed at home, from British game shot in the Scottish Highlands to their signature mince pies. The Lyle’s Menu box (£140), serving two people, consists of dishes including pumpkin & whey soup and Fore-rib steak with beetroot. The Game Menu box (£140 for two people) focuses on wild game, British seafood, and foraged vegetables such as a cep ‘stew’ and venison loin, accompanied by pumpkin puree and Brussels tops, game liver parfait. 

TSTS At Home from The Sea, The Sea 

Chelsea fishmonger and seafood bar The Sea, The Sea has expanded its retail offering with a new ‘TSTS At Home’ range available for on-demand delivery London-wide. Alongside its usual range of fresh day-boat fish and shellfish, you can now order a range of take-out meals, made fresh daily in-store. The menu comprises of ready-to-eat dishes such as prawn tartare with pine nut miso and coastal herbs and a Chirashi platter of raw and pickled fish over cooked rice. Finish-at-home dishes comprise of portioned fish with garnishes and sauces/marinades, ready in minutes with simple step-by-step instructions and video demos to assist. Meals include wild Scottish halibut with spicy sour sauce and king oyster mushroom; black cod in house miso with steamed and pressed aubergine and truffle stuffed Cornish turbot with pumpkin seed dressing and red gem.  

Sam’s Riverside Delivery & Take Away

Neighbourhood restaurateur Sam Harrison's popular riverfront restaurant in Hammersmith is keeping busy this lockdown with their new delivery and take away service, alongside their Sunday Roast collection. Plenty of your favourite dishes can now be enjoyed at home such as the delicious Dorset Chalk Stream trout served with a Kohlrabi salad, their dreamy Devon lobster roll and a comforting autumnal dish of warming beef stew. There's also a carefully selected wine list and cocktails (for two) to choose from. They're also working on oyster, seafood and shellfish platters and a 3-course dinner experience so keep checking back. Delivery and take away is available from Wednesday to Saturday from 5pm to 9pm.
