The Bishop at The Berkeley

This winter, The Bishop at The Berkeley brings cosy, countryside gastropub vibes to Belgravia...

With a name inspired by the mitre that originally graced The Berkeley logo, this is a pub pop-up infused with the hotel’s heritage. Rustic tables come laden with classic pub nibbles - with a twist. Think crispy pork scratchings, Welsh ‘Rare-bites’ and soft Tunworth to share. Homemade burgers are topped with autumn truffle, while British bangers and mash and slow-braised lamb shank offer hearty and warming options.

Daily specials introduce a roster of pastry specials, from ‘Wellington Wednesday’ to Saturday’s rabbit ragu and prawn pie. Sunday is an all-the-trimmings affair, with Surrey Hills Angus sirloin, Tamworth pork belly and spit-roasted chicken accompanied by roast potatoes, honey-glazed carrots and lashings of gravy. Pair it all with a good ol’ pint of their own draft beer.
