Francie

A convivial brasserie-style restaurant from Bâtard’s John Winterman.

Just a block away from famed Peter Luger at 134 Broadway, Francie is housed on the corner of Broadway & Bedford - in a historic, repurposed limestone-clad building in trendy Williamsburg. New York-based architect Glen Coben has designed the restaurant - he's also behind Carbone, Empellon, Del Posto, and more. Inside, discover a timelessly urban and contemporary space with a stylish open kitchen.

Francie is the first independent collaboration between John Winterman (Bâtard, Daniel) and chef Christopher Cipollone (Piora, Cotogna). The menu skews more broadly European and designed for flexibility. Expect dishes such as lobster agnolotti, Côte de Boeuf with maple hollandaise and dry-aged duck with parsnips and soppressata jam. Open Tuesday through Saturday from 5pm.
