Petersham Nurseries Café in Richmond are now delivering dine at home luxury seasonal dinner boxes, with set menus that change regularly with the seasons. The boxes, serving two people, make the most of the season’s exceptional produce and come with a recipe booklet and clear instructions on how to assemble and finish the dishes at home. The four course February box begins with a starter of fresh tagliatelle with tema artichoke, anchovy, chilli and garlic pangrattato before the main event, in which you have the choice of Haye farm Porchetta, rolled with winter garden herbs or delica pumpkin, chard and goat’s cheese pithivier. Both are accompanied by sides of braised endive and radicchio with sultanas, lilliput capers, Taggiasca olives and pine nuts and cavolo nero, ready to be dressed with Zisola olive oil and Amalfi lemon dressing. To end, there is a steamed date pudding with pouring cream and Winslade cheese, served with pane carasau and honey. Priced at £135 and available from the February 5.

Each box includes 13 spectacular Chinese dishes, Seared Wagyu beef with three sauces, barbequed sweetcorn with beef XO sauce, whole seabass with ginger spring onion en papillote, and scalded Kingfish ‘yu shang’ with garlic, chilli and coriander soy - all feature on the sharing menu. A new delivery and collection concept inspired by Chef Henry Omereye's love of the Caribbean and its cuisine - dishing up comfort food and meal kit boxes. The menu runs from brunch to lunch & dinner, taking inspiration from Caribbean classics throughout. Dishes include: Caribbean pancakes with toasted marshmallows; salt cod fritters with Bajan pepper sauce and Tiger shrimp triple cheese mac. The Riding House at Home feasting boxes have also had the Soul Ride treatment with the Soul Ride Brunch Box, Weekender Box and Sunday Roast Box all delivered nationwide. The online store also sells a variety of cocktail kits complete with everything needed to make signature cocktails such as the Taitinger on Thyme and the Kentucky Bucket.
A newly available four-course Peruvian weekend feast, packed with brand new dishes - to be finished at home. Suitable for two people, expect dishes such as Ceviche Criollo - sea bream with red onion, sweet potato and aji amarillo, Seco de Cordero - lamb rump with aji panka, rosemary and ginger; and chocolate and orange tart with crème fraîche to finish. There's also the option to add 500ml ready-to-pour cocktails. The Cocinando Con Coya menu features new dishes each month, showcasing a range of Peruvian dishes.
Eco-Chef Tom Hunt has collaborated with Chef Danny Jack to launch a plant-based, zero waste and Regenerative Menu Box from his new cookbook Eating for Pleasure, People & Planet. This meal was prepared using organic and agroecological ingredients from farms and suppliers - practising environmentally regenerative farming methods. Dishes include sharing dishes of Musabaha (a rich warm hummus of Hodmedod’s British pulses) with hemp oil, Aleppo pepper and rose petals and caramelised salsify and shallots with thyme, rhubarb and hazelnuts and 'rotation risotto' with truffle salt. The five course feast for two is priced at £65. The meal kit arrives in food packaging that is 100% compostable.
