A barbecue series - taking place in The Courtyard at The American Bar - with collaborative menus from leading London chefs.

The Stafford London continues their Courtyard Fire series with barbecue expert, Genevieve Taylor. Following on from the success of their first events, The Stafford London is welcoming chef and best-selling author Genevieve Taylor as part of their Courtyard Fire series - and collaborative cook out. 

Genevieve will be serving up (from 12pm to 8pm on 5 June) dishes which feature in her newly released cookbook, Foolproof BBO: 60 Simple Recipes to Make the Most of Your Barbecue such as  pork, fennel and lemon burgers with grilled aubergine and chargrilled octopus, grilled romano pepper, borlotti beans and a fennel gremolata.
