Alléno is the only chef holding three michelin stars in two restaurants in France - with Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris the most star-rated independent establishment in the world. For the summer, the Michelin-starred chef has turned his contemporary bistro in Beaupassage, into a gourmet burger joint.
