SoHo Warehouse

Soho House's third location at the edge of L.A.’s Arts District is delayed until 2018.

An almost 100-year old brick warehouse at downtown’s edge is being transformed and converted into the SoHo Warehouse. But building plans are delayed, with the official opening now pegged for next year.

Soho Warehouse will be located in a 1917-built brick warehouse that has stunning views of downtown’s skyline—sure to be a highlight of the rooftop pool and social space. The new house will have hotel rooms and artist's studios for members and their guests plus, rumor has it, perhaps a Pizza East and Cecconi’s on the ground floor (think Soho Beach House, Miami).

Although the project is far from completion, the new house will be a grand addition to the industrial neighbourhood, already a hot destination because of nearby Bestia, downtown’s Stumptown Coffee and loft developments. The building’s historic architectural details are evident: floor-to-ceiling windows, brickwork and loft-like studios--it definitely has that House look--more details to come.
