Housed in the stylish surroundings of the 17th century Hotel Convent de la Missió, Marc Fosh restaurant combines Michelin Starred cooking with a modern, relaxed and contemporary space - with minimalist décor - in the old town of Palma de Mallorca. Expect a modern interpretation of time-honoured Mediterranean cuisine using locally sourced ingredients - with much of the produce and herbs grown at a dedicated culinary garden, the Fosh Farm, which are artfully executed and beautifully presented. The weekly lunch menú is a very reasonable way to enjoy dishes such as sweetbread and truffle ravioli or braised beef cheek with a nasturtium and plum jus. Otherwise tasting menus - including a vegetarian offering - are priced from €75.
