The Rooibos & Lemon Pelargonium Spritz made with Lillet Blanc, Rooibos Lemon Cordial, Martini Prosecco and sparkling water; the Drinkaterium - made with Monkey 47, litchi, Lillet Blanc, citrus, soda, fennel and sandalwood and served on a vessel of smoke and the Pomegranate & Goats Cheese Sidecar made of Remy Martin VS, Nablusia organic goats cheese wash, lemon juice and pomegranate infused Cointreau.
