B’artusi

An intimate Italian restaurant & wine bar in the heart of the West Village from the team behind beloved restaurant L’Artusi.

L'Artusi, one of the most popular Italian restaurants in the West Village, is quietly expanding its footprint in downtown Manhattan with this casual wine bar with indoor and outdoor seating - located at 520 Hudson Street, near West 10th Street. Designed by Carpenter + Mason, the 40-seat space features both bar and table seating with rich woods and vintage mirrors, lush greenery, and a gallery wall of art, as well as cozy and expansive outdoor seating.

Joe Vigorito, the long-time Executive Chef behind L’Artusi, oversees the kitchen at B’artusi and offers a seasonal Italian menu with dishes perfect for sharing - inspired by their first restaurant’s most sought-after entrees. All created to compliment the extensive selection of Italian wines curated by L’Artusi beverage director Anncherie Saludo. Shareable plates include lamb meatballs with hazelnuts, salsa verde, and spicy tomato sauce, cockles in herb butter white wine sauce, served with toasted Pugliese bread and braised short rib lasagna.

Designed by Carpenter + Mason, the 40-seat space features both bar and table seating with rich woods and vintage mirrors, lush greenery, and a gallery wall of art, as well as cozy and expansive outdoor seating.
