From November 9th through to November 21st, international Peruvian restaurant, Coya are hosting a pop-up on the second floor of the Zuma restaurant in Midtown Manhattan. The menus feature Coya's signature dishes including tiradito, a selection of ceviches and sharing plates of their acclaimed contemporary Peruvian cuisine. Coya's own bartenders are on hand mixing up Peruvian tipples like the Pisco Sours and fiery Chilli Margaritas for the duration of the pop-up, with DJs spinning the decks on Thursday evenings.

Atún chifa ceviche made with yellowtail tuna, soy, sesame seeds and spring onions; salmon tacos made with salmon, aji Amarillio, chives and cream cheese; and croquetas de lubina with Chilean sea bass, miso and spicy mayo.
Chilcano with 1615 Pisco Quebranta, lime, ginger ale and angostura bitters; aji margarita with jalapeño infused tequila, lime, agave and avocado and green apple puree; and apricot mezcal negroni made with Del Maguey Vida mezcal, Cynar and apricot antica formula.
