The Bar at Caviar Russe

The renowned caviar purveyor just opened a new raw bar, cocktail lounge and boutique at its flagship on Madison Avenue.

The Bar at Caviar Russe occupies the entire lower level of the townhouse and has been specifically designed to be far less formal than the Michelin-starred, fine dining experience above. The luxurious interiors include 14 seats at a white marble bar and countertop and another 28 in the plush lounge alongside low tables and moody, dimmed lighting and walls adorned with a selection of work by artist David Drebin.

Helmed by Executive Chef Edgar Panchernikov, who also oversees the restaurant upstairs and Caviar Russe’s outpost in Miami, the bar serves the finest hand-selected caviar and accouterments, alongside fresh seafood from the extravagant raw bar as well as a luxury spin on traditional bar food - think refined versions of classics, such as caviar-topped lobster rolls and bao with foie gras. Washed down with a fine selection of cocktails, vodkas, Champagnes and wines.

Open daily, from noon.

Ideal For

indulging in caviar, caviar and more caviar.

Signature Dishes

A chirashi bowl with raw fish and caviar, mini lobster rolls, bao rolls with eel and foie gras, and a tarte flambée topped with sturgeon roe.
