In the historic setting of The Surf Club’s Hemingway Tower, up a spiral stairwell surrounded by photographs of the social club’s legendary festivities, dine on a stellar multi-course omakase menu (priced at $300) from Michelin starred sushi chef Shinichi Inoue - one of the top sushi chefs in NYC. Dishes served include suimono, a clear fish soup and hirako sha soba, deep fried winter cod milt - served alongside a series of nigiri and Japanese small plates.
The Kosaka residency at The Surf Club is available nightly until the end of March.
