Feast on a five-course vegan lunch at Pantechnicon’s Sachi restaurant from izakaya chef Tim Anderson - who's also behind the Japanese ‘ramen izakaya’ restaurant Nanban. Taking place on the13th February (with three different time slots to choose from), dine on dishes such as winter tomatoes marinated in ginger tsuyu; Japanese mushroom parcels with garlic and soy sauce and kimchi and tofu gyoza. Tickets are £60 for the five courses, or £95 with a curated wine and sake pairing.
