Celebrated sushi chef Yasu Tanaka is hosting a collaborative dinner at the luxury Japanese Kaiseki-inspired restaurant in Miami's Wynwood Arts District.
Yasu Tanaka hails from the landlocked region of Yamanashi, Japan and has built his reputation at the renowed, Michelin-starred rated Sushi Iwa in Tokyo and at Sushi Azabu in New York. The collaborative menu will start and end with dishes by Haiku chefs Albert Diaz and Elena Yamamoto, and showcases an elongated sushi omakase - a 10 ten course menu comprising the fish flown in from Japan and handmade by Chef Yasu. A curated selection of Champagne, sake and wine will be paired with each course. The dinner is piced from $550 per person.
