Craftsmanship at its finest is displayed at Sushi Noz (currently in NYC's Upper East Side) which delivers an up-close and personal experience between the guest and Chef Nozomu Abe. Abe serves Tokyo-style Edomae, a centuries-old style of sushi that existed before refrigeration - and the only sushiya in the country with a himuro, a traditional icebox using no electricity. Expect an authentic Japanese aesthetic, ancient ceramic dishes and a ritualistic tasting menu experience.
