Zuma are bringing their world-renowned contemporary Japanese cuisine to 'The White Island', to the rooftop of the Ibiza Gran Hotel.

Zuma is bringing its signature upscale Japanese cuisine to Ibiza for the first time with a summer pop-up. There are more than a dozen Zumas around the world - from Hong Kong and New York to Istanbul and Bangkok. Becker's internationally acclaimed, modernized adaptation of Japanese izakaya-style cuisine features a stunning, pristine low-lit modern interior design to match the menu.

From the sushi bar to the robata grill - expect dishes such as spicy beef tenderloin with sesame; Black Cod marinated in miso; Tiger prawns with yuzu; and grilled seabass with chilli and ginger. The Zuma Ibiza pop-up, is located in the bustling Marina Botafoch in the Ibiza Gran Hotel, replacing Heart Ibiza.
