Embark on a special gourmet journey throughout the hotel, sampling signature dishes and paired fine wines in a different location for every course.

The Gourmet Journey Experience has been designed to showcase the fine dining on offer at the Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square - and to celebrate one hundred years since the opening of their landmark Port of London Authority building.

Start the evening in the luxury penthouse terrace suite for cocktails and canapes before being led inside. First stop is the two Michelin-starred La Dame de Pic London, helmed by the most decorated female chef in the world, Anne-Sophie Pic. Transporting guests across the continent, diners then head to the fine dining Chinese and Japanese restaurant Mei Ume to sample a number of Asian delicacies. 

The lavish Château Latour Discovery Room plays host to the final courses of the evening - a hearty dish of slow cooked short rib with carrot ginger puree and crispy leeks followed by a cheese course and dessert - whilst enjoying a number of carefully selected vintages. The Gourmet Journey experience is priced at £350 per person, and available on the last Friday of each month throughout 2022.

Signature Dishes

Roasted green Jerome Galis asparagus, marinated with geranium, sorrel, basil and served alongside coffee ice-cream (La Dame de Pic); Foie Gras and Peking duck sandwich (Mei Ume); slow cooked short rib with carrot ginger puree and crispy leeks and raspberry and to finish - Alpaco chocolate with an Earl Grey infused cocoa mousse.
