René Redzepi’s three Michelin-starred Copenhagen restaurant, Noma, is set to pop-up in Brooklyn, New York this Spring.
Noma, the Copenhagen-based restaurant that currently sits atop the World's 50 Best Restaurants list, has announced its plans to open up shop in New York City. For the event, owner and chef René Redzepi is taking over a purpose-fitted warehouse in Brooklyn's Dumbo neighborhood. The space will be altered to resemble Noma’s home location in Copenhagen, including plenty of greenery and typically minimalist Scandinavian wooden tables and chairs.
Expect the menu to include a few of his most famous dishes throughout a multi-course tasting menu - with wine parings. Just 50 covers will be available on each of the five nights between 16th-20th May 2022, with tickets priced at $700 per person - and exclusively available to American Express cardholders.
