In celebration of Portugal’s profound influence on Japanese cuisine, Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai’s most prolific chefs, José Avillez and Ross Shonhan, have teamed up to create a limited-edition tasting menu that brings together the very best of Tasca and Netsu’s cuisines, for two nights only.
Chef José Avillez and Chef Ross Shonhan have worked closely together to bring out the signature flavours of their cuisines, studying influences that date back almost five centuries. This unique menu encourages diners to explore the intrinsic links between Japanese and Portuguese cuisines and enjoy a unique twist on the avant-garde textures and flavours for which Chef José and Chef Ross are renowned.
The tasting menu will be available on Tuesday, May 17 in Netsu and Wednesday May 18 May in Tasca. The menu is priced at AED 650 per person and includes wine pairings.
