Dim Sum Masterclasses at Yauatcha City - Selected Dates

This summer, renowned Cantonese dim sum teahouse Yauatcha is celebrating the unique culinary art of dim sum with a series of masterclasses.

Taking place at Yauatcha City on a monthly basis, from June to September, intimate groups of 16 guests will be taught the authentic cooking methods behind Yauatcha’s acclaimed dim sum - hosted by Global Executive Chef, Andrew Yeo.

Hone the skills to make six of Yauatcha’s best-loved dim sum dishes - to be then enjoyed over lunch paired with Whispering Angel wine. Each guest will prepare a mixture of steamed, baked and fried dim sum including mushroom spring rolls; scallop shui mai; prawn toast; lobster dumpling; edamame truffle dumpling; and golden squash dumpling. Tickets are priced at £125 per person.
