Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo’s Michelin starred Japanese restaurant Yoshi - the only Japanese restaurant on the Côte d’Azur with a Michelin star - has moved to the outdoor terrace area (also known as Odyssey), which was designed by Fashion designer legend, Karl Lagerfeld.
The stunning alfresco setting of the poolside restaurant - surrounded by palm trees and greenery - serves as a charming backdrop and perfect setting for al fresco dining this summer. Dine on menu of contemporary Japanese cuisine with dishes such as "Ebi Shinjo", shrimp dumplings with kombu, and "Ghindara", black cod marinated for 72 hours.

Yellowtail carpaccio with avocado cream; seaweed marinated shrimp salad; octopus salad with potatoes and a spicy sauce; langoustine raviolis in a spicy consommé; tuna “a la plancha” with vinegary miso and sirloin fillet rolls with vegetables and enoki mushrooms.
