Nobu Formentera at Teranka

A pop-up rooftop restaurant bringing the brand’s signature cuisine to the bohemian island of Formentera.

The Nobu Formentera pop-ups sits atop Teranka hotel - an independent beachfront boutique hotel. The rooftop setting provides panoramic views right across the Mediterranean to the Cap de Barberie and its lighthouse that signals the most southern point of the entire Balearics. 
 
Nobu draws upon Nobu Matsuhisa’s classical training as a sushi chef in Tokyo, his life abroad in Peru and Argentina and his travels around the world. Nobu Formentera continues to showcase the group's distinctive and award-winning signature dishes - such as miso black cod and yellowtail sashimi with thinly sliced jalapeño peppers - as well as new creations using local ingredients. The rooftop restaurant also features a cocktail bar - serving classic and contemporary cocktails, fine wines and a selection of Japanese sake.
