Zuma is bringing its signature upscale Japanese cuisine to Capri. There are more than a dozen Zumas around the world - from Hong Kong and New York to Istanbul and Bangkok. The modernized adaptation of Japanese izakaya-style cuisine features a stunning, pristine low-lit modern interior design to match the menu. From the sushi bar to the robata grill - expect dishes such as spicy beef tenderloin with sesame; Black Cod marinated in miso; Tiger prawns with yuzu; and grilled seabass with chilli and ginger.
