Langosteria St Moritz

The Italian seafood restaurant has opened its first high altitude location in St. Moritz with a spacious terrace offering a stunning view of the Alps.

St Moritz’s newest ski-in, ski-out culinary hotspot (housed in a typical chalet) brings high fashion to a high altitude, boasting the best-dressed waitstaff in town care of Moncler’s CEO Remo Ruffini, who owns a stake in Italian restaurateur Enrico Buonocore’s series of fish brasseries. The Snowing Negroni is the perfect prelude to the seafood-focused menu, which includes signature dishes (paccheri with sea bass or langoustines and fois gras tartare) from Langosteria’s Milan flagship alongside new entries created specifically for the mountains – among them, the “polenta bianca [maize porridge] with seafood,” or “scallops in paradise” with thin layers of mashed potatoes, and pizza with truffle.
